Are you sure? The TD62003 crosses with the ULN 2003, not ULN 2203

The only thing remotely close that I have found is XR2203, made by Exar, which crosses
also with ULN2203 and TD62003.
The XR2203 seems to be a 7 Darlington transistor array in a DIP16 package. Yours is a
DIP14 however. Sorry, no cigar.

Hi,

Yes, the other markings are a block "S" signifying it's a Signetics

device and the number 2203 and below that

9247V.

This means datecode 1992, week 47.

Does the chip show this?:
==============
S
  4517535
  2203
  9247V
==============

In that case the 2203 probably is the partnumber, not
the 4517535. Both codes are unknown to me.

Subject: Re: 4517535 data?

Does anybody have data on a Philips or Signetics
4517535.
Its a 14 pin DIP.

Regards,
Pieter Hoeben
