The only thing remotely close that I have found is XR2203, made by Exar, which crosses 
also with ULN2203 and TD62003.
The XR2203 seems to be a 7 Darlington transistor array in a DIP16 package. Yours is a 
DIP14 however. Sorry, no cigar.
