That is the difference - Convergence and divergence.
The compilation of chip data and creation of CHIPDIR brought convergence.
People got togheter because of this, to learn.
The creation of a forum will create divergence - some will like the forum
better, some will dislike it, some will be only in forum (the pursuers of a
"new media", instead of the good'ole content) and some in the list (myself
incluided) bringing a division on an alread coese group
The bottom line: Why divide if you can multiply?
