You'll probably need to use pkgadd to install the svn_99 packages:
pkgadd -d <path> SUNWsmbskr
pkgadd -d <path> SUNWsmbsr
pkgadd -d <path> SUNWsmbsu
where path might be something like /var/sadm/pkg
