The pkgadd <path> should point to the appropriate location for
the snv packages
pkgadd -d /cdrom/... SUNWsmbskr
pkgadd -d /var/spool/pkg SUNWsmbskr
pkgadd -d /var/tmp/... SUNWsmbskr
pkgadd -d http://opensolaris.org/os/... SUNWsmbskr
...
Note: from a discussion a while ago, it seemed like a really bad
idea to mix snv packages and 2008.05 packages. I have never
tried any form of package mix-n-match and I wouldn't do it on
my system. If I had OpenSolaris 2008.05 installed, I'd probably
try OpenSolaris 2008.11.
