We have a lot of different setups here so whether something works for
me or not does not provide much useful information to root cause your
problem. That's why I try to understand your setup.

As long as all systems are in the same subnet there shouldn't be
any problem. You haven't disabled Netbios on any of your Windows
system by any chance, have you?
I had a quick look at your config and I didn't see anything obviously
wrong with it.
