You might want to add the atm over-subscription config under the main interface:
interface ATM0/1/2 no ip address atm over-subscription-factor 10 no atm ilmi-keepalive ! interface ATM0/1/2.31701 point-to-point ip vrf forwarding V10001:ABC ip address W.X.Y.Z 255.255.255.252 pvc 100/701 vbr-nrt 49760 49760 500 oam-pvc manage 0 encapsulation aal5snap service-policy output POLICY_PECE_10M_TO_100M_6Q ! interface ATM0/1/2.31702 point-to-point ip vrf forwarding V10002:XYZ ip address W.X.Y.Z 255.255.255.252 pvc 100/701 vbr-nrt 49760 49760 500 oam-pvc manage 0 encapsulation aal5snap service-policy output POLICY_PECE_10M_TO_100M_6Q ! And so on and so forth. I didn't see anything on the referenced URL that mentioned a similar side effect. Any ideas?
