No, as already mentioned earlier, there is currently no option to
specify different path-options for auto-mesh tunnels. so "dynamic" is
the default and cannot (yet?) be changed..
On your config, you want to add
rsvp
interface TenGigE0/0/0/0
bandwidth
interface TenGigE0/1/0/0.1700
bandwidth
in case you haven't already done so.
