i have a uccx 11.x environment. one of our user/receptionist want a report in which she can check the number of calls hit to IVR during out of office hours (i.e from 5:00pm to next day 8:00 am, and when no agent is logged in). Could you guys guide me which will give me this information. Regards Naray
