Well, since I'm already a CCIE, I can't help you there. Yeah, I know what you're saying, you're tired of the oversupply of network guys, lot of them incompetent paper-cert guys. Yeah me too - I think there is too much supply of network people too.
It's just really too bad that it takes a recession to clear out the dead wood. I wish corporate America could be both profitable and smart about who they hire (so that no more smooth-talking know-nothings don't get jobs).
