Same thing really, even a "Magic Rock" that you can get from a
chemist/druggist for removing human skin cells on heels/feet - a very
natural grooming aid that takes off a bare minimum of hair but tidies up
Afro-heads etc. I purchased it at a show at one of the stalls for grooming
products.
