I have heard of a few Cavaliers getting a throat condition (accute ulcers in
the throat) and it's something that usually cats get. It has a long name
and I forget what it's called exactly (something like Granuloma), but I have
a few friends who's Cavaliers have had this and it NEVER goes away. Their
breath smells and their Cavalier has a hard time eating - swallowing I
guess. I even know of one Cavalier who's mouth quivers like you say your
puppy's does. I have heard of all kinds of therapies but nothing
successful. Someone really should do some research on this awful condition
even though it's not overly common in our Cavaliers but I do know of enough
who have this. Who can we contact to start proper research on it?

I do hope your puppy gets better. I will say a lot of prayers for it.
