Hi Toni,
My Rachel (4 1/2 yrs. old) occasionally does the jaw quivering thing.
She has never had any throat or tonsil problems. Her jaw quivering seems
to be more of a behavioral type of gesture. Almost a plead for me to
continue to play with her and her toys - she loves to retrieve and
retrieve and retrieve...
