About 15 years ago we use to show Bichons. We put our dog with a handler and
didn't feel like we had a dog anymore. The handler didn't really want us to
be around disctracting the dog when he was being shown so we wern't there to
see any of his wins. The dog came back to us with a championship but it was
so very cold and impersonable it was simply a business transaction, and a
costly one at that! Our champion came back to us totally un housebroken and
totally unprepared for living in a home rather than a crate 24 hours a day.
