Hello All
We have an 18# cavalier who broke out of a sherpa carrier while mid-flight
of a two flight trip. He was like "superdog".....all of a sudden he broke
through the corner of the carrier and the zipper parted....out came Rocky.
When we landed at our mid-point, we had to purchase a vari kennel and put
him into the baggage compartment to continue on to Florida. There was
absolutely no possibility that we could get him back into the sherpa. The
flight attendants were not amused and one stated in her 30 years of flying
nothing like this had ever happened before.
I may try another sherpa trip with a different dog, but as you probably can
understand, I'm a bit concerned.
