It is important to enjoy yourself. One must also understand that wins and
losses do not a kennel make? some of the most beautiful "worthy" dogs are at
home or on the sidelines because the thought of entering the ring in what can
be a dog fight, is not appealing to everyone.
As long as you know your dogs are good, how many wins you put on them is
irrelevant. Many breeders are very involved with the cavalier groups, their
dogs are seen by many experienced people, and they have a pretty good idea of
what they have without stepping in the ring.
