Yes, i see that side too. But here in California, we had a "first" of sorts.
A whole cast of a show recently called in sick (but they were really
striking) So the Producer send a medical doctor to each of their homes right
away. Anyone not obviously sick was fired. Everyone scampered back to work
at the studio in a big hurry! :)
