Have to disagree that any of the three major categories are more important then the 
other.

I wouldn't prefer to have an ugly dog that lives forever
I wouldn't prefer to have a typey dog that dies young
I wouldn't prefer to have either that bites aggressively

I think of it as a three legged stool.  If any of the three legs comes up short the 
stool falls.

Having said that if I HAD to choose...  I would put health first because a dead dog at 
the age of 4 provides nothing of value to the owner, or breed.
