A friend called me this morning hoping to find a companion Cavalier for a friend of hers who is terminal with cancer. The woman is living with her sister and brother-in-law for her last few years and they are supportive of the idea and and will be able to keep this dog when the sister passes on.
The hope is to find a retired bitch of no more than five who is already spayed but they would have the surgery done. They are not able to pay a lot of money for a dog but I have my friend's guarantee (and I trust her judgment completely) that the dog would have a wonderful, loving home.
