Chere, you're right that the information is hard to get, and there is probably no way to get hard copies very far back in the pedigree. However, we've been pursuing information about our boy's ancestors for over a year and can name the dogs who are still alive, and the ages that the others died in most cases all the way back through the fifth generation. Certainly, I can tell you about everyone of his great grandparents with ease. Took a lot of phone calls, but it was well worth it. Myra Savant
