Not according to the research, not that I'm propagating it, just passing along info I've come across :) I can't speak for Cavaliers but generally in Goldens most testicles have dropped way before 8 weeks. As for anesthesia I will only allow isoflourine to be used when it comes to my fur kids it is much safer than other anesthetics.
