Yes, and it always seems to be the very best puppy in the litter that is
clown faced. I have found that this doesn't seem to be easily inherited.
Every time we have kept a clown faced for breeding, she has never had a
clown faced puppy. Granted we only kept two clowned faced in 21 years, but
neither ever produced a clown faced puppy. Uneven markings on the head seem
to be more easily inherited as well as too much color on the muzzle.
