My cheap (under $200) Olympus Camera doesn't need any scanner or scanner software to send pictures or use them or print them. It came with its own Camedia software that does the job very well. I'm pretty sure all cameras come with their own software to do this. Whatever disk size I have in my Olympus Camera is great! I can take 36 nice quality pictures before I need to delete some.
