Marilyn
My tribe get fed once a day at whatever time suits me - no biscuits or
treats in between ( excluding puppies and nursing mums of course). I'm not a
morning person so even puppies very rarely get their breakfast before 11am.
I have found that feeding at different times stops the dogs barking at the
time "they think is teatime VBG. This has the advantage for me that if I am
away at a show all day and perhaps don't get home until 8-9pm they haven't
been creating a fuss whilst I was out.
