> How to 'pull the 'fluff' out when it grows - on the head, neck area(s) -

If you are allowed to pull the hair out with fingers, then why not pull it
out with a stripping knife? What is the difference between stripping with
fingers or stripping with a knife? If a stripping knife is not allowed to
be used, then why are we allowed to strip with fingers?

This is all so confusing to me. Maybe someone needs to put out a manual
that explains exactly what is and what isn't allowed! I've been told to
strip with fingers, use a *stone*, how to bleach ticking and freckles out,
how to fluff ears, etc. Well I don't and won't do those things. I guess
I'm just going to have to breed really good dogs instead.
