I've had fourteen Cavaliers - four have died, the oldest was 11, then 8, 7 and 2-1/2. Three with MVD, one with epilepsy. The oldest with MVD, was unfortunately not cardiologist-tested, just ausciltated by a Vet. The next two were littermates; the one who died at 7-3/4 years, had a murmur at 8 weeks; the one who died at 8 years and 2 months, had a murmur at 2. Judi Geldermann Dallarock Cavaliers
