Alas Michael,
You won't be able to find the no kneeling rule, it doesn't exist. Yes,
tradition is the preferred method of presentation is to stand, but a kneeling
ban is not to be found in either US standard. Nearly 20 years ago a lovely
dog from Canada went BOB and his owner handler was kneeling in front of him
much the same as Taffe showed Andy. I was there, I saw it, and I went Best
Opp with my bitch. A beautifully presented dog is a beautifully presented
dog, neither of them was hand stacked and thye both showed their hearts out.
None of us want to see our breed shown in the prayer position, but that was
hardly the case here.
