New recipe.....

Roasted handler

First you need one young female handler. (the old ones are to tough)
Make sure you pick one with enough meat on the bones... the added fat will give
the meat more flavor. Females tend to be less muscled and more tender. And the
younger females have not had hormones added to the diet.

Clean properly by bathing in any quality dog shampoo. I like Vellus.
After cleansing marinate in an early 1900 California Red wine for three days.
Refrigerated.

Wrap in banana leaves secured tightly with grape vines.
Prepare open barbecue pit in sand on the beach of Hawaii and cook for 18 hours
over hot coals till tender and juicy. Meat will literally fall from the bones. A
dish you will never forget.

Best cooked if handler is placed in pit on her knees. Head bowed down as if
praying.
Enjoy
