Had a similar problem awhile back and vet gave the mother an anti- diarrhea medication which the puppy got the benefit of from nursing. Helped a lot. ANother problem is that it could come from an infection the mother has gotten. Take the pups off the mother and bottle feed them with Esbilac a canine milk substittute and may help. If you do this tho DO NOT let the pup nurse from the mother.
