Hi Sharona This puppy probably has a bacterial infection. Put her on amoxycillin ASAP also watch the other puppies they too may get it.
If she has trouble eating, you can milk your bitch and give her some milk that way. If not I have found that four parts evaporated milk to one part boiled water will sustain a puppy as a supplement. Dont worry about giving the amoxycillin I had a puppy who almost died from this (fading puppy syndrome) and was put on this and is now close to four and heart and eye clear by a specialist.
