I hate to tell you that it is an expression used by some over here also
VBG!!
However I would like to say that certainly in the UK standard pigmented
sclera is not asked for - methinks that it is another thing that has become
"fashionable" just as clear muzzles
I am sure that you will agree it is perfectly possible to have a nice large
round eye without the aid of pigmented sclera
