I absolutely think it is proper. One pays their money for a judges opinion.
Therefore, I think it entirely proper to ask their opinion. Few will give an
honest answer. Some don't like it. However, there are those who will give
an honest answer and is enormously helpful. I find the better judges will
answer the question in specific terms.
