Last time I tried to order from CherryBrook, I needed a puppy pen. I called them and was told that it would have to be drop-shipped from the manufacturer and would take at least 2-3 weeks to get here. So,,,,,,,,I called the manufacturer. They don't sell directly to the public, (well they do, but at a substantially higher price) but the customer service girl I talked to said to check with SitStay.com. I did and low and behold, they had the exact same pen and it was cheaper then CherryBrook's price! :o) SitStay also told me the pen would have to be dropped shipped from the manufacturer, but,,,, I would have the pen within 4-5 days! I ordered it and it was here in 3!
