Hi Diane, Please feel free to forward my comment onto your friend at Cheerybrook. Last November, we had placed a large order (over $200) and were told everything was in stock and would be shipped. 3 weeks later, nothing. I called and was told the order was being held back because they were waiting on a $2.00 item that might have been on backorder or discontinued, they weren't sure. A phone call would have been nice, and certainly they should have shipped the items they had in stock as that was the bulk of the order. Thanks, Carolyn Stigler (Avon, CT)
