Hi Diane,

Though I am usually a "lurker", I felt a need to write about my "Party" with
Cherrybrook.  Living in Hawaii, though it is Paradise, I find myself doing a
lot of catalog ordering.  I needed about $300.00 worth of supplies and
within that order a vari kennel.  I had a show 4 months away which required
this crate.  The order came in 6 weeks after several calls asking when was
it coming.  Each phone call had the same results....it was sent.  The order
finally came and the vari kennel was cracked.  I could not use it at all.  I
called them back and they said that they would send a new one out that day.
After 2 weeks no crate.  To make a long story short, after 22 phone calls
and countless lies, 7 months later I finally got the kennel.  I even went
the route of saying that I was a happy customer and wanted to talk to the
manager to let her know.  Again after explaining why I was really
calling...more lies.  I found out later that my girlfriend went through the
same thing when she placed an order.  Took almost 6 months to get it right,
and many phone calls.

If you can let the President know of these problems, that would be GREAT.  I
tried every avenue to reach him, but with no luck.  I think he should know
of these problems.  I now know here in Hawaii, the word is out...DON"T BUY
FROM CHERRYBROOK!!

Sorry, but it is still a sore spot for me.  I don't mind back orders, but it
was the out right lies that got to me.
