I've bought a lot of stuff from Cherrybrook over the years, but always at shows. Last 
year, though, I needed to replenish some grooming supplies and happened to order them 
from Cherrybrook online...big mistake. I waited almost eight weeks. We're talking 
shampoo and so forth--nothing exotic. Apparently Cherrybrook's staff isn't too 
concerned with customer satisfaction, and I'm surmising they expend most of their time 
and energy on their show booth? Any rate, after a fashion I called New England 
Serum--who I should have used in the first place--and got the identical order in less 
than 24 hours (via regular ground shipping). Oy.
