Sadly, I think that is the point. I think this is a wonderful forum to exchange ideas
even opposing ones and while we may have very strong feelings on certain issues I feel
we can discuss them without debating. The following are my feelings only not to be
read in an inflammatory manner, just matter of factly and in no way do I judge those
who support PETA or others like it. To "me", supporting an organization like PETA who
does accomplish some things I am in favor of but also has agendas I am adamantly
against would be the equivalent (in my eyes) as supporting an organization that claims
to be children's rights activists, who may have gotten legislation passed that
entitles every child to free health care, and pre-schooling let's say (a good thing)
but whose president is a suspected child molester and has been quoted saying that even
very young children should have the right to choose to participate in physical
activities with each other and other adults that currently our society only accepts
the idea of consenting adults participating in. I wouldn't care how many great things
they've done for children or how long ago the quote was said, nor would I entertain
the thought that they've changed their mind. Would you?

Terrie:)

Cathy, any good recipes??? I had a wonderful broccoli casserole dish while visiting
Wales and would love to replicate it here at home.
