Hi, Marilyn and List,
        I think this letter is super and am very heartened by reading it.
Thanks, Marilyn for sharing this.  I wonder if this letter could be put
in ad format so that all handlers could read it?  It is going to take
effort on the part of handlers (both owner and pro) as well as judges to
implement this return to our standard.

everyone's tack box to hand out when "needed". <G>)
