In the book "Born to Win", they discuss the difference between a
breeder and a "master breeder". A master breeder makes decisions that
positively impact the breed - not just their kennel. They will sell
stock that is good to people who love the breed as they do. They
mentor and try to pass their love and dedication on to the next
generation. Maybe you have more breeders who are to this level?.
Unfortunately there are numerous ways to get "no strings attached"
cavaliers here.
