You are absolutely correct about the "no strings attached."  I first became
acquainted with this breed in the UK, back in 1977.  Breeders in the UK do
not have a problem granting ownership.  They are very willing to mentor and
guide someone with a true love and respect for the breed.  Maybe someone can
tell me why the mindset is so different here among breeders in the US.
