Could anyone explain *why* the puppy had her 2 canines extracted? I know
she has an overbite. (And I gather she's a pet.) What I'd like to know is,
was this surgery purely elective (in hopes of improving her aesthetically),
or actually necessary (and if so, necessary for...?)
