Can anyone clarify the following for me.

Where you have an import, (for example a KC registered dog) clearly that dog
IS eligible for registration. Does that mean then, that although my dogs are
AKC registered only, I could breed an AKC dog to a CKCSC dog without first
registering the imported dog with the CKCSC, because the dog is eligible for
registration.
I'm just wondering if this is a loop hole that works for imported dogs?
