Actually ACKCSC can ask AKC to reopen it's stud books.  It can and does
happen from time to time.  I think Elaine may have been saying that although
CKCSC isn't being fair by not allowing CKCSC members to breed their dogs to
AKC-only dogs, ACKCSC also isn't being fair by not asking the AKC to reopen
their stud books--it should go both ways.   New people, on both sides, are
being left out inadvertently.  Was that what you were asking Elaine?
