Yes, I think of your Jimmy often. He was a lovely tri boy, and very, very lucky to have had you. I agree with you that the pet owner does ultimately pay sometimes huge medical expenses. No doubt about it. But, I have to say that, although I love and appreciate the pet owner, I still don't want them to have the deciding vote on which dogs I can use on my girls, or which girls my boys can 'legally' be used for. I especially don't want them to make that decision on the basis of faulty information such as that the AKC registered dogs are, in some way, inferior to the dual registered dogs. Myra
