Hi Laura, Maybe I just don't get it, but how can you say that they are welcome when they have been suspended from the club and all of it's activities by a majority vote of your membership? Sounds most discouraging to me! Mediation for what? The old club is the one that has imposed all of the restrictions based on their current code of ethics. The ACKCSC is not a registry, it is an AKC Member Club and the AKC Parent Club for the breed.
