Uhhhh. I'm having a hard time believing that I have to explain it to you Winnie, but I'll give it a try. To me 'supporting' an issue means that I would vote on it in a positive manner. I support the concept that people who drive must have a license, I support the concept that smoke detectors are a good thing. This doesn't mean that I am not a licensed driver who doesn't own smoke detectors. If mandatory testing could ever be presented in a manner that made actual sense (and you can tell from Suze's post that it is much more complex than it first appears), I would certainly vote yes on the issue, particularly with regard to cardiac clearances on breeding animals.
