If each co-owner takes half of the litter then those puppies belong to the
separate co-owner and the other co-breeder has no say in how they are sold.
The exception to this would be if the two breeders had an agreement that
included the right to a say in how the dogs are placed. As with any
agreement, it is all in the details.
