I would think that people who co-own a dog  would be willing to share that
information. However, I don't think that the other breeder has the right to
demand it unless previously arranged. I wouldn't cause a stink over it. That
information is pretty easy to find out. If the dogs are CKCSC, it should be
in the statistics unless they've changed since 1995. If the dogs are AKC,
you can ask the AKC people. They are usually helpful. I've asked for many
different bits of information over the years and seldom been refused
althought that may be changing. I never got an answer for my last email. I
asked for the stud book volume that a particular dog appeared in and never
got a reply. Of course, I've been have server woes so the reply may be out
in lala land:-(  I will say that I've never been refused when the inquiry is
about a dog that I bred.
One question, why does the other breeder want to know who the dogs were sold
too? To inquire hints at a lack of trust.
