Cynthia not only does the other breeder have a right to know they have to
know. If one breeder gets inspected by AKC and does not know the name of each
and every person that received a puppy out of that litter they could be
charged with not having proper records and then fined. It is necessary to keep
accurate records of all litters and all puppies in a co own situation. And if
the one person gets in trouble with AKC the coowner also has problems on all
dogs co owned with that person.

Thanks
Cathy
