So gee what would that teach the dog.... If you don't give me what I want I am bigger than you and can beat you with a newspaper. What reaction would that make .... she just might bite you or be deathly afraid of you from now on.
why not just pick the dog up or try playing a gave take the chewy away and give it right back so she knows she will get it back. I would prefer to teach the dogs that she can trust me that I will give it back. She is an Alfa bitch for sure.
